| Abdali Investment & Development Psc is a privately-owned land development company established to develop and manage mixed-use urban developments. |

Abdali Psc. was formed in 2004 out of a successful partnership between the government-owned real estate developer National Resources and Development Corporation (MAWARED) and Horizon, an international construction conglomerate specialised in investment and development of large scale real estate and construction projects. This joint venture was further enlarged when the United Real Estate Company, under the group of Kuwait Projects Company (KIPCO), joined as partner, thus bringing a wealth of proven experience to the mega urban regeneration project.

To ensure long-term sustainability in the new downtown, high standard of tenant improvements and special amenities and features distinctive to Jordan, Abdali Psc explored strategic and specialized ventures to introduce:
- Jordan District Energy (JDE):
Source of district heating and cooling delivered throughout the new downtown.
- Abdali Communication Co. (ACC):
Technology services provider for a complete set of communication needs (Basic telephony, Internet, TV, Security Services, Video Conferencing, Video On Demand, IP Centrix, E-Learning and Appliance Control).
- Abdali Boulevard Company (ABC):
ABC was set up own, run and charter the Abdali Boulevard. ABC is a partnership between Abdali Investment and Development Psc. and United Real Estate Company - Jordan.
- Abdali Mall Company (AMC):
AMC was set up to execute and manage the Central Market Place, an exclusive retail and residential project in the Central Business District of Amman.
- Abdali Security Company (ASC):
Set up by Abdali Psc in 2009, the Abdali Security Company was established to provide comprehensive security solutions through a highly trained workforce and utilizing state-of-the-art high-tech detection and surveillance equipment.
